Your patrons can now use the familiar Innovative eCommerce interface to donate to your library! Use our buttons or create custom images of your own. The “donate” link is on the Suffolk County Catalog scope, and can be added to your OPAC scopes. When a donation is made, we receive an email that we will forward to an address you provide to

These emails come from patron submissions; not from our patron database. Your patron may chose to be anonymous or misspell their name. The only verifiable information we receive is the last four digits of a credit card, billing address, and zipcode. We cannot positively identify the donor, nor do we send receipts or acknowledgment to the donors. They may print a receipt when they use the online form.
We anticipate making a separate payment to your library for donations as we do for your regular eCommerce payments. We will begin monitoring this as of January 1, 2010, and payments will be made quarterly.
